On three Thursday evenings during our Greys Court show, the National Trust is holding ‘Sculpture Evenings in the Gardens’ from 5.30 to 8.00pm on 16th, 23rd and 30th June. These will be ticketed events for a charge, and guests will have a glass of bubbles and uncrowded access to the show.
We have agreed to provide sculpture demonstrations at these events. Several members have volunteered already but it would be great to have more. It’s a good way to interact with potential buyers and you don’t need to have work in the show to take part. The idea is just to show what you do, discuss it with the public and, within reasonable safety limits, to maybe let them have a go.
If you would please contact John Nicholls on jeanneandjohn@btinternet.com, indicating which dates you’d be interested in and the type of work you would be doing.
